I am a VA employee and have tried to forward many McHenry Veterans to the front desk lines and nobody answers the phone. This is very frustrating for me and the veteran I have on the line who needs to speak with their Pact team. The manager should check the volume levels of the front desk phones and make sure the ring volume is turned up where they can hear it and they are not forwarded to nowhere.
