I have been going to the Lecanto VA clinic for many years. I believe I have interacted with every front desk person there , Denise,Kandi, Cheryl, Patti, Tania Dena and Suzanne. Sorry if I left anybody out. They have all been friendly, funny and helpful. I have seen them remain respectful in less than desirable encounters. It is usually the unhappy who post the reviews but I think they should be commended for the work they do for us.
The customer service at the VA was outstanding, especially thanks to Patti Normyle. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout my visit. Patti went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s people like her who truly make a difference. Thank you, Patti, for your exceptional service and care!
Terrible experience every time I come here. The worst attitudes. A few good nurses I’ve come in contact with. Other than that it is a horrible place. Zero bed side manner for the dr’s. Also, anyone who has the nickname “Little Miss Sunshine” should not be checking in veterans & have the nickname on display. What a disgrace.
Even when trying to change your mobile phone becomes an issue, VA failed in the medical field, based upon that. Trump 2028! VA continues to FAIL the OATH!
