Absolutely disgusting experience with the receptionist threatening to kill me while commenting about sexually grooming me to be a sadist. What an incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable clinical environment. The staff here should be very embarrassed.
Going in I was skeptical. The VA gets a bad rap. After getting the physical and paperwork the nurse came to the waiting room, sat down and explained the results. My private doctor does not do this. Appointments made and taken care of in a very timely manor. I was pretty impressed with the VA and this location.
Glad to hear sccarff resigned no maybe we can get someone who knows what they are doing and actually cares about vets!
Not perfect, but its clean and medical appointments are easy to come by. Mental health is a little harder to get the apts you want, but they're always available by phone. Small, but very clean and staff is extremely nice.
I have had very good medical care from these people for a number of years. Thanks
