I used to take my grandfather to Montrose for many of his doctor appointments. He was a WWII vet and in his 90s and was visually and hearing impaired. He was always shown the utmost care and compassion by the staff and clinicians alike. They made him feel like he was the most important patient in the world. They listened to his stories like it was the first time they heard them even though it was likely the 5th or 6th retelling !
