The worst! They almost killed my husband, they gave him cough drops when he needed antibiotics and steroids. The NP barely speaks English and won’t give you the medication you are already on, instead they mail you out medication you didn’t ask for. In conjunction with the medication he is already on also would have killed him. Maybe that’s their goal, so they don’t have to pay its veterans. Not quality care, for this exact reason we have primary insurance. What a joke!!!
Well let’s just say I had high hopes of my husband getting help here for his ptsd that he struggles with bad. We live almost 5 hours from this place. He’s been there since June 12th in building 8. In my book this place is like a horrible vacation for him and he’s supposed to be there for 10 weeks. He’s not eating much if any because the food is absolutely disgusting. Very competent staff and they are very knowledgeable and very helpful.
Avoid the Coatesville va if at all possible, I understand the va is the only option for most vets but Wilmington or phily is worth the drive. But the residential ptsd program is good everything else terrible
