I believe it was back in 2011 I presented myself for refresher alcohol rehab. I saw no patients. Police interrogation is regular for veterans by security. And township police talk pedestrian into a ride outside town of coatesbille twice. The social worker and her pal the psychiatrist ponied up to harass me and gave me until dark then the social worker playing with a pen and paper scribble circles and explain direction to local halfway house or something. I am so grateful for this facility. Was in and out before my actual appointment time. Saw the Dr who explained everything to me and was very nice and caring and even offered to ship the medication to my house. From the time I walked in and was greeted by an older Vet to the bathrooms and overall appearance of the campus, etc, 10/10. Thank you Coatesville VA for your awesome service!
I was in today for two appointments and things could not have gone better. I met with Dr. Muchnick - Optometry and Dr. Ambrogi - Dental. Both were consummate professionals, took their time and really handled the entire visits well. It really bolsters my faith in the treatment when I don't feel the MD is rushing to move onto the next patient. Staff at primary care, Team 2B; Reception and technicians at Radiology, were very understanding and Courteous during my visit on February 27th.
