I had good treatment at ER until… Phlebotomist harm at the ER. Multiple episodes including a phlebotomist sticking me with the needle then pressing down on it with ultrasound wand, another hitting my nerve, and another using huge wide needle instead of butterfly. I believe veterans deserve better. Veterans are already experiencing hardships by going to the ER, so I believe it would be good to have experienced and professional phlebotomists there please.

Dr Muangoo needs to care a little! 6mths my dad had to wait to get his physical therapy referral renewed while he sat in his wheelchair!!

I went to the hospital with a high fever and mouth lesions because of a bad reaction to a medication, and after waiting for 3 hours the nurses asked me if Id performed oral sex then continued to treat me as though my conditon was self caused and insisted that I had an STD with no testing (I do not and have never have one and have gotten tested multiple times over my life) and instead of treating me gave me STD medication, inferred that I was a slut, and sent me home. Twice in a row my mental health provider (Chima) hasn't shown for my appointment. Life is beating me up left and right. All I want is some help, then they tell me I was scheduled incorrectly and try to schedule me for someone else tomorrow as if I'm not trying to work for a living. I guess I'm on my own, wish me luck.

It's almost impossible, except for at quitting time to find a handicap parking lot vacancies
