Sent unsolicited junk mail to my house disguised as a legitimate letter from the VA. They aren't affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs, but they disguise their junk mail to make it look like they are.
Be extremely cautious of what your are told over the phone compared to what they try and get you to e-sign via email. Additional costs were $5-6k higher than what they initially disclosed on the phone compared to what they drew up on the proposal for the lender.
