The experience I’m having here and with VA Clinics in Kentucky & Indiana is when I call in to talk to a nurse or doctor and get in line for my call to be answered is I get put on hold then they eventually drop your call even after being on the phone for over 10 minutes waiting in call line. When I call back and get reconnected I loose my place in line and they hang up on me again again again and again. No wonder veterans are committing suicide, having to be treated like this is despicable and ridiculous.
