Refused to grant care due to the fact that I am ret. FF-PD 1st Lt. with a pension and medical package. Very rude.
The ER is a nightmare. Completely rude make you wait for long periods of time while they good off at nurses station. Had a dr push me a resident completely out of line and rude. Had multiple horrific incidents. Mental health is iffy. They doesn't listen very well nor are they consistent in doing what they say. Eye doctors are excellent. Every visit has been efficient and extremely helpful.
Very professional and helpful staff.
