Everyone was very friendly and proffesional. Times were close to scheduled time.
Always nice and appointments are always fast and easy. The ladies including Dr Murphy are excellent
I think they do their best w/what they have to work with.....a small facility treating 100s of veterans,they seem to be understaffed......their phone response needs improvement.... ...
Simply put, they never answer their phone. They may answer and immediately put you on hold, then never return. I was trying to cancel an appointment, and it was impossible. I don't understand their process? How can they treat considerate patients like this? The nurses and front desk people are great. But the system is pathetic.
Thank you to the fort pierce VA clinic. I was there to register for care today and the staff could not have been more helpful or more pleasant.
