For those of you who are attempting to schedule VA eye appointments or go to VA eye appointments at this location, do NOT! The VA eye clinic moved to the new Ocala VA location at the beginning of 2022. We are located at: 4826 Southwest 49th Road Ocala FL 34474 (Behind Racetrac gas station off 200) The phone number to call to reach the Ocala VA eye clinic is: 352-369-3320.
Called perhaps 150x in the last week and no one answers the phone. I am a veteran attempting to make an eye appointment. Tried the number listed on the Va paperwork and Google maps and neither are ever picked up.

Nobody answers the Ocala VA eye clinic. The phone rings 5x and a message says: "no one is currently available at this time your call will now be disconnected" and hangs up. This VA is the absolutely the worst clinic. Terrible customer service. How do they run a VA Optometry clinic when nobody answers the phone to "make, change or cancel an appointment" ?
