Poor communication after dealer received my money. Refused to supply/pay for parts that were left off car after body shop repaired vehicle.

HORRIBLE customer service. I worked with alex volkov for not even a minute in a half and i know ill never ever go to their dealership. emailed to call about a vehicle. They answer the phone confused about every bit of information you tell them, With a attitude at that. we talked on the phone about the car for 30 seconds literally. My down payment i wanted to put down was 1000-1500 on a pretty cheap car. He told me im required to put down 3500-4000$. I see they are all into their money and don't care how. I'm extremely busy and rarely leave reviews, but in this case I thought it could be helpful to other's who were contemplating making a purchase from VA Credit LLC. I have purchased several vehicles from out of state that I located on line, but have always flown or drove out to check it out before making the final purchase, so I was a bit nervous about making a purchase and having it shipped without seeing it in person.
