The VA should exist to help those who have been injured in war and who often can't advocate for themselves. I served as a military working dog handler in Iraq and Afghanistan, searching for explosives with my dog. Together we found 46 explosive devices. I've seen people liquefied by explosions. I received prompt and attentive care for a medical emergency. During my hospital stay my nurses, Anita and Josh, were great and did their best to make me comfortable. The team of doctors saw me multiple times a day, starting promptly every morning, and took the time to call and communicate daily with my wife at home. I was impressed with the level of care at the hospital.
I've been a patient at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center for 15 years and have received terrific care by some of the finest people! Very caring, professional and competent! Additional Specialists to the staff would be helpful with needs of the Veterans! Thank You Cincy VAMC
