I been coming to the va for some time now and I know there is construction going on but today was horrible at the 2nd fl blood bank, I been sitting here for almost 1 hour and they only have 1 station open while I seen plenty of employees it has never taken that long to get blood drawn, then after sitting for ever the 1st thing is your dr. ordered a urine sample well after sitting there i had no idea a pee cup, otherwise I would have asked for a pee cup so then y
Went today to get a Veterabs medical card they closed at. 3:30p I show up at 3:02p they tell me the machine is inoperable because they didn’t want to help me so close to closing time which is totally unprofessional and improper then those same people say “Thank you for your service”. TOTAL RHETORIC AND DISINGENUOUS BULL CRAP
