Just called to ask a question why the va is having a hard time receiving my medical records for my sleep study from this place called 3 times 1st call no answer, 2nd call someone answered i asked my question put me on hold then hung up and the 3rd time calling no answer super frustrating when the va tried contacting yall 3 times and no response now I have to personally call and get nothing but hung up on
Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. My VA portal told me the address was the hospital in Temple, but below that is this address
The staff was great, and I was treated well. It was a highly professional experience.
