I would give zero stars if I could. I had a poor experience the first time I used this place but gave them a second chance and had an even worse one. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH A MINI COOPER. They do not understand the engine or the electronics. After their assurance that they know Mini's I went for a routine oil change and inspection. 5 HOURS LATER after being told it would take 1.5 hours (seriously!!!!) and telling me all the other things they thought were necessary maintenance I left with the 'brake' error on my dash th... read more
