I had a horrible experience with this dealer. I was introduced to them by a broker. Upon collecting my car, I noticed a flat tyre, which should have been my warning. The car had so many minor faults and was not as described in the advert. they did not provide V5c logbook; therefore, I could not tax the car. I raised a complaint with them and the broker. Great service customer service outstanding wide choices of cars different size engines for first time drivers. Thanks Sam will come back again when ready for my next car
One of the worst shambolic dealerships I have ever dealt with, nobody seems to know what’s going on and always seems to be issues with their cars, the man I dealt With Sam is greedy and extremely unprofessional and is certainly not a man of his word or honour! Please do not trust this dealership even if you have it in writing. Total time-wasters and cowboys!
They sell me a car that was no good!!!
