Awesome gym! I’ve had a great experience training here. The instructors really know their stuff, the environment is relaxed but focused, and it’s an awesome place for both beginners and experienced fighters.

While on holidays in the US from Australia I had the privilege of training with the lovely folks at V7. From the moment I enquired about attending their classes I was greeted by the lovely Gloria who provided everything from class times, costs, and what to expect while training at V7. Outstanding Training and Hospitality at V7 BJJ in Pullman! I was in Pullman helping my son move into his new apartment at WSU and didn’t want to miss out on my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training while in town. I trained at this gym for 2 and a half years throughout college and this gym is a hidden gem. To have such incredibly HIGH LEVEL & talented coaches is quite rare in a place like Pullman, especially in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The coaches/members/staff are very nice and care about your journey in the sport. I highly recommend this gym to anyone at any age. Oss!

I have been coming for about 8 months now. A very welcoming environment with an extremely knowledge staff. I’ve learned so much from coach Gloria and coach Conner and coming to practice is often the highlight of my day. If people are reading this and are on the fence, join! (Especially the 6 AM class).
