While on holidays in the US from Australia I had the privilege of training with the lovely folks at V7. Outstanding Training and Hospitality at V7 BJJ in Pullman! I was in Pullman helping my son move into his new apartment at WSU and didn’t want to miss out on my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training while in town. I trained at this gym for 2 and a half years throughout college and this gym is a hidden gem. To have such incredibly HIGH LEVEL & talented coaches is quite rare in a place like Pullman, especially in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The coaches/members/staff are very nice and care about your journey in the sport. I highly recommend this gym to anyone at any age. Oss!

I have been coming for about 8 months now. A very welcoming environment with an extremely knowledge staff. I’ve learned so much from coach Gloria and coach Conner and coming to practice is often the highlight of my day. If people are reading this and are on the fence, join! (Especially the 6 AM class).

I genuinely wish the ownership and head instructors well. My experience is they were disingenuous in their collaborative communication before they opened their doors in Moscow and again several years later. I also had multiple experiences of poor communication. Moreover, there is a deep desire for a financial bottom line combined with a competition mentality that was explicitly stated in my presence.
