I loved the classes I took with V3 Strong. The pole dancing instructor was great and taught us all the moves. I really enjoyed the yoga class, too. What a workout it was, but also relaxing! I'll be back next week.
Me and my guests had so much fun at our pole class for my birthday celebration! The instructor was amazing and patient! Her moves were fireeeeee! I will definitely be back for more!

Found out about this bootcamp on IG and decided to check it out. Although the drive was a little far from me in Baltimore i still went and im glad that i did. There is parking at the studio and the area doesn'tseem sketchy at all. The studio is clean and well kept.The instructor Vaughn explained how everything was going to go and what each work out purpose was. That helped alot.
