Hello, my name is Will Smith. I have been trying to install your equipment for nearly six months. I had an appointment today, 10/2/2024, between 8 and 10 a.m. NO CALL, NO SHOW!!! ALL I have heard is one excuse after another: you don't have enough tech, or the techs you send out are incompetent, and their work has to be redone.
