Do not use V3 electric! I signed a contract with them a year ago and it has turned into one of the worst experiences of my life. To start, they came out quick to put panels on my roof. They did that to lock me into the contract. If they hadn't started, I could have canceled, but since panels are on my roof, I was committed. After that I didn't hear or see from them for months. Following up from my original post two months ago; my sentiments echo Jason’s below. This is a complete dumpster fire of a company, and is certainly one of the most mis-managed companies I’ve ever had to deal with. V3 has continually screwed up the installation and upgrade of the Main Panel/ Sub Panel (5 total visits for work which should have taken 1-2 visits); and the work which they have performed on our sub-panel and the ‘touch up work’ is horrendous. From start to finish V3 Electric was great to work with. I talked to several other businesses in parallel and chose V3 and I'm glad I did. The plans were on-time. The work began on-time and the crew did a great job. The PG&E part sucked but that's not V3s fault and they were very helpful with all the follow-up and verification.
