Was going to give 2 stars but after reviewing the the other reviews, im giving one star. The events are fun, but the security they hire is horrible and ruins the whole experience. They actually hate the rave goers and thats why they treat us like garbage. I haven't been to Das since 2021 bc they won't let you drink water without being "karens" and threats to be kicked out.
Recommend to everyone for the Utah market. High end production, high end bookings.
I was an idiot and bought two tickets because I panicked when they didn’t show up the Monday before the event- the app was down, and they let me know promptly after I had emailed, but I panicked and bought another before I saw the response. Mitch, thank you. He issued me a full refund for my dumb mistake, that is so unheard of for a big company like this- he saved my 270 dollars. In this economy, I should kiss his shoes. Very disappointed!!! My Husband lost his phone at foam wonderland, been trying to get it back for 12 days now. We know it’s there because we paid for the shipping to get it back and claimed it on the website. No email back, no call back. Been trying everyday to get a response. Still haven’t heard back from v2. Unreal.
Been attending V2's Dance Music concerts and raves since the mid 2000's and those experiences have been a huge part of my life. The rave/dance music scene we have here in UT basically owes it's existence to the V2 crew and a handful of others but none on V2's level in UT. V2 always has great production and puts on wonderful shows with world class performers.
