I have recently joined V2 fitness and taking group training sessions. The sessions are designed for all fitness levels including HIIT workouts. Deepak is a great coach. He is very supportive and attentive. He has great fitness knowledge and also encourages us to push ourselves bit more. Overall I am enjoying the group training sessions. Thanks coach Deepak👍👍
I’ve been training with In V2 fitness (with Deepak) for few months now. Each workout is thoughtfully designed to challenge you while still being adaptable to different fitness levels. I feel stronger and more focused every week. I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength, endurance, and mindset. Plus, being outdoors adds a mental clarity that I never got from indoor gyms. If you’re looking for a workout that’s effective, energising, and genuinely enjoyable, I can’t recommend this enough!

Me and my wife have recently started training with coach Deepak at V2 fitness and we are loving it. We loved his methodical development of the training sessions in groups with everyone’s capabilities in mind. He mixes up training sessions with warm ups, crunches, burpees, weight training, cardio and stretches, which gives full body workout. I have been taking group personal sessions with Deepak (V2 Fitness) since last couple of months. Sessions are well designed and Deepak ensures they stay challenging by encouraging us. Deepak is very friendly and listens to our requirements and tailors the fitness program as per our need. I would highly recommend fitness classes with Deepak.
