Everyone was great besides Ryan the salesman. He was extremely unprofessional as far as payment goes. Handed him 100$ bills for a dirtbike and signed paperwork, then says he forgot to add a 350$ fee 10 minutes later as we were walking out the door. I have to say Kyle is great and he’s really nice. However Ryan the sales man is awful. He treated me with disgust the second I walked in like I didn’t have the capability of purchasing anything. Then said I needed to put $200 down to save the machine as I was going to my bank to pick up the check. Then he got the exact quote for me for my bank and I bring the check back and he says oh I forgot to add the $25.00 finance fee? Really I financed it on my own? We had an insurance claim on our Kawasaki Ridge Limited. There was a lot of cosmetic damage and my wife and I were crushed everytime we looked at our machine with less than 400 miles on it. We worked with Dale and the V2 crew and they replaced all the damaged parts and it looks brand new. On top of that in talking with Dale along the way I never felt I needed to doubt the outcome and I usually expect the worst. Extremely happy.
Take my kawasaki ridge there did recall and i bought rims and tires, did good job and explained everything to me. Very nice
Very good sales and service. Called about this boat on a Thursday, owned it the following Saturday. Ryan did a great job all the way through the process. Will use V2 for all my boat services.
