Brought a 2020 Evoque great car only catch was no logbook told to apply for one and they will refund me the £28 once sent the receipt been 3 weeks now no refund ! Sent them messages and emails they don’t reply also car has a lot of overspray on body work
I was very interested in a car at the Luton branch. I made contact with the office on 3 separate occasions requesting more information on the vehicle. Each time I was promised a call back or an email with the details I had requested. I never received contact back after 2 calls and 2 emails. Obviously doing too well to want my business.

Worst car return customer service experience guys Car was diagnosed faulty turbo leak and they refused to take it back. Eventhough they told me i have 14 days to return very disappointed. Thanx to close brothers and finance company to help me out and reminded them their policy.
