I have to agree with Miram below. I so wanted to like this place cause it's in a good location and Fetamah is a nice lady. However she totally ruined my hair both times I went. She is very rough and in a rush. She did a cut/wash and highlights in like 30 mins and they came out horrible. I told her I did NOT want layers and wanted to keep my length and while trimming my hair she told me look I'm cutting layers and just started cutting layers, simply because "I needed it".
