Got A+ service and repair work from Dean at V-Z Marine. Great customer service and fair pricing. Needed a new power trim motor and regular maintenance prepping for Summer on the lake. Took the boat out after picking it up and everything is running fantastic. A friend recommended Dean and I’m glad I chose him for the job. V-Z will be the only place I use from now on. They really know how to treat a customer.
Great service at a fair price. I trailer my 26' Searay over an hour to use V-Z Marine. There are places closer to me but none more knowledgeable and priced so well. I will continue to use their services.
Although They’re dealing with renovations they’re still keeping up with customer service and great communication. Went in right before lunch and caught Dean one of the managers as he was closing up store for lunch. Even though he was already closed up and walking out the door he took the time to open back up and work with me. Was completely patient and well mannered! Help me find exactly what I needed and was super compliant and polite! Would highly recommend! Coming back!
After a winter and spring of neglect - thank you Mother Nature - our Cobalt was a mess. Elizabeth and Dean have made it look like the day it came from the factory. The boat is beautiful. And both employees were professional, conscientious and friendly. Great customer skills - we will definitely be using VZ again.
This place is very professional, as long as the GM is Dean. He is a great guy and very knowledgeable. The reason I give 1 star is the owner is ruthless and very unconcerned about customers or his employees. If the owner can make a easy buck you bet he's going to do it. Just beware if you have to deal with owner just turn around and find a new shop.
