Mrs.West was very knowledgeable about my scalp issues. This was my first time seeing a Trichologist.I been to several dermatologists who just threw medicines and creams at me. She gave me some hope about my scalp and the treatments she plans on doing. We haven't done any treatments yet, but im optimistic about the journey.
This was first experience with a trichologist. I've been to the dermatologist numerous times throughout my life and I've never received so much information or treatment options for my scalp. Ms. West was nice and knowledgeable and I can't wait to continue this journey.

My name is Annie Merrell. I went to Mrs. West for spotting alopecia treatments. I had 12 treatments after 3of my treatments my hair was beginning to come back. She begin to show me the different stages of growth. I was really pleased with it . My husband could even see the progress, he said I can see your hair growing back in the spots. This really encouraged me more to stay with the treatments when he noticed it. I am very pleased with the results.
