Just giving the public a heads up... This Company doesn't like you to pay your account off over the phone with a credit card (which I was not made aware of initially when the transaction was done). The person on the other end when I called back to ask for a receipt made it perfectly clear that it was not acceptable and was an inconvenience to them. You can bet Our Company will not be doing any further business with them if I have any say in it. Wouldn't want to cause any inconvenience......
