Update: reducing to 1 since they deleted my review before I really would have liked to leave a positive review. My experience with B&T Dryer Vent and Air Duct left some things to be wanted. First, I had an appointment from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and the technician didn't show up until 1:00 PM. After an inspection, which is standard, the actual quote for services was double the maximum range I was told it might cost.
