Tried to buy a part for my washer and they helped troubleshoot the problem knowing my pump looked in good condition. Lucky for me Home Depot didn't have my part and I found them instead. I'll buy from them every time from now on
I called to ask about a dishwasher vent because mine needs replaced. He just repeated my question like I’m stupid and hung up. I thought this was an appliance parts store guess not. Horrible customer service. Thanks for nothing.
