STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Rip off specialists. Sold me a control panel for my built in oven in March of this year, I was told it had a 1 year warranty, I even wrote it on the receipt, only to find out when it broke last Saturday AGAIN, I only had a 90 day warranty on my \$240.00 part. They made no attempt to speak to the part manufacturer at all. If you need the part sir we have, just bring another \$240.00 plus tax. This place is legalized crime.

Had a Sears washer problem -- wet to V&V at Euclid and E222 -- Thought it was a switch -- after talking with "Janet" and the man sales person -- They checked my switch and then the "Valve" -- Cncluded it was the valve -- Made the purchase (w/o a part number) took it home and everything worked perfectly -- (Wife is happy again) -- You have GOOD people working there ! -- Will recommend V&V to all -- Thanks for the part and your knowledgeable sales staff !
