vc transmissions claimed to changed my transmission and what they assured me would take three days to a week to complete took them almost a year and at least ten different times i was misinformed that it was ready when they didn't even start work on it. The lady tried to get me for 200 more than I owed but I showed her all the texts I kept as a record. Great Service Nice people they put a transmission in my truck and had it done in a week highly recommend
This is the worst repair shop ever. I went to them for a transmission rebuild, the moment the vehicle was picked up the Transmission was not rebuilt properly. It has been 2 years now and they still have`nt fixed the issue. Do not use this shop!
I’ve never been through so much anguish and turmoil dealing with a repair shop. First they require $200 deposit to drop your car off and half of the total cost to start the work on your car. After paying the $200 and half the deposit, they assured me my car would be ready in a week. Week after week they gave me more and more excuses on why my car wasn’t ready.
