First off, they could admit when they made a mistake. Buyer beware, we could never get the software to work consistently, so we stopped using it after about 6 months. We paid for the whole year but decided that it was not worth the effort to try to get our money back so we just let the subscription end after a year. RecommendedComnet is a very happy user of the ShipGear product. It has been working consistently for over 10 years. I have found that even the upgrades are very easy to deploy and install without issue. I would recommend ShipGear to anyone who has to ship goods.

The system works pretty well but the company doesn't have ethics. They sold software and add-ons to customers for thousands of dollars. Then decided to change to a cloud based model that was 220% more expensive without any regard for customers that PURCHASED software and add-ons. They are no longer supporting sofware they sold less than two years ago, rendering it obsolete without regard for their customers investment. BUYER BEWARE.
