Worst I’ve dealt with. Screwed up our taxes then proceeded to ghost us. Had no problem cashing our check. Come to find out that she screwed up a family member’s taxes and ghosted them too. Read the other reviews and you’ll see she’s recently been no stranger to doing this to other customers as well. Simple communication could have solved the situations 0/5 stars would be more reasonable
