Negative stars actually. Can not fix Ford Escapes! Day 1. Paid $180 because they told me my issue was the battery. Drove away, still having same issue. Went back, day 2… could not figure out issue, day 3… nothing! When I dropped off my car it was drivable. I had to jumpstart start it to drive it away when I picked it up… they could not tell me anything was wrong with it even though I told them there’s a smell when I drive and it was cutting off sometimes when I start it.
