These classes are always so much fun! While still getting a good workout. The instructor always have so much energy that you can’t help but feed off of and they are so encouraging. It’s always a blast every time I’ve attended. I would highly recommend V Power Fit no matter what your current level of fitness is.

Today I experienced the power glute class! What a great way to start my morning! The host was so inviting and motivating, this time was virtual, but I look forward to the next session IN PERSON! My legs are still feeling it hours later, great fun workout!
