Hello ! This is a long awaited review as I’m posting it 8 months later .. Second time visiting here after a week my nails separated from the hard gel. When I called to go in and fix it they booked me in for next day. I showed up at my appointment and they couldn’t find the appointment & said there was an error. I was really looking forward to visiting this nail salon, especially because it’s known for using vegan and chemical-free products, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing — from the moment I arrived until the end of my manicure. The nail technician who attended me barely spoke to me, only saying things like “inside” or “outside” when referring to the lamp. Great services, manicure Iryna, and pedicure by Jessie, sugar waxing by Dahee. All fantastic, precise and quality work!
Zero stars. They canceled my appointment the night before for no reason. Offered an appointment 3 hours later which did not work with my schedule as I had to get ready for a wedding (which was why I made an appointment for a pedicure at 10am). Texted me with the most lame apology and no excuse other than the tech can’t make it until later. Completely unprofessional.
