my daughter and i came out with a set of beautiful fall nails and toes. Amazing nail artists. Never disappointed here.
No apex or shape to nail. One was even slumped inward from a side angle. I showed the technician a picture from their website of the shape I wanted and still wasn't done correctly. When I tried to tell the nail tech she seemed to get frustrated and laughed and made me feel uncomfortable to ask for what I came in for. I came back in to get the sides of my nails painted because they were left unpainted and the sides of my nails properly filed because excess acrylic was left digging into mY skin as well as to fix the shape.
