Really awful and confusing experience. They don't properly disclose their prices, it's incredibly expensive and even cleaning your cuticles up is an add on. I've never had such a bad experience at a salon. My nails also look pretty rough, the French tips are not even and some of the nails are crooked and chipping. The bride in our group cried after her nail tech was so rude and dismissive and ended up getting them redone at her regular salon. I don't live in the city so I ended up going to my regular place to get them redone... read more

My mom and I went in for a pedicure. The service was great. I had Jessie, and she did a wonderful job. My mom had Gavin and she was very happy. We will definitely be returning.
