I have gone here a handful of times. A few years ago service was great but depending on the tech. If you go when they are busy they are so fast trying to get people through it is hard to enjoy. Today we went in with appointments, still had to wait about 35 minutes, it seemed disorganized. Every time I go here it's always something. First, if you come here make sure to have your color picked ahead of time because I was once yelled at in front of full salon and asked "can you just choose a color already?". Should've never ever come back after that. Oh but also sometimes when you pick a color they actually just grab a random one. Once my sister asked for a pink and they grabbed a completely orange color. When my sister said she asked for the pink they said "it's the same color" which it clearly was not then LAUG... read more
