I am a recent resident the Richmond area. And this was the first nail salon I went into. I am so happy I met Tony and his wife Sarah they are so kind friendly. The shop is warm and welcoming. Tony is my Nail Tech. He does all my designs. He works with you to create exactly if not similar to the image. They are amazing Nail Tech very clean. 10/10!!! I got a “Luxury Spa” pedicure done here and i feel super relaxed. When she placed the heated neck pillow on my neck I fell into a deep relaxation!! Great overall experience, great customer service, and Great Work! Going to get my husband a gift card for fathers day
Love this place and the staff is so sweet I'm writing after an experience today. I have watched new management take over a couple times in 2 years and today I had to come back sooner then I ever have due to poor nail quality. I got a French manicure the quality is horrible. I hate that I believed I had found my long term nail home only to be highly disappointed. I'll never go back but will miss previous management and quality. So disappointed
My husband and I went to V Nails, Laburnum, for a couples pedicure on Valentine's Day. We told them that we wanted Classic pedicures (stated a few times), other than me getting gel polish. The Classic price is $35, Classic with gel polish is $45. I noticed that different/extra treatments were being provided that I did not remember getting in past visits and I stated to the nail tech that I didn't remember getting this done with a Classic pedicure (I'm a regular client every Summer for pedicures).
