I personally believe they did my nails for a cash grab. They were rushing the my nails (I booked appt), and they didn’t clean up my nails nicely afterwards. I had to pick off nail polish and partly drilled parts (under nail). I feel that I did not get my money’s worth (I spent $105, when they said $100), and thinking that they drop the price due to them burning and scuffing my nails while shaping. pretty disappointed. ive been coming here for a while to understand their antics and to finally leave a review. they do okay ish nails, but a lot of them have been practicing for years and should know how to do ATLEAST basic flower designs by now in which they don’t. they also accept anyone at anytime, and will override people with appointments just so they can have more money. im not typically a person to leave a negative review, but they have done this constantly. they will overbook themselves to the point where there’s pe... read more
I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I had booked an appointment for acrylic nails with cat-eye and a specific design. But when I arrived, they said there was no appointment under my name and even asked me to show proof on my phone. After I showed them the call history, they took me in — but things only got worse. I requested a specific nail design, and the person told me he couldn’t do it. While I quite enjoy the services, it doesn’t seem worth it to make a reservation in advance. The pedicures are amazing and the massage is great. However I booked a day ahead and they were running 40 mins behind. So walk in apportionments got in the same time as a pre booked appointment. The same happened to another lady who was there. Also, a woman came with her two teenage girls, she had pre booked the apt on Thursday for Sunday and they turned them away.
