went in to get a new acrylic set and it was a crappy experience. He took about 35 minutes to get my old nails off and while doing so used the wrong tools and was burning my nails and cutting my cuticles. I’ve gotten my nails done for a very long time. I know how it should be done. I feel like I got somebody who didn’t know what they were doing.
