They rarely respond to my messages I call for 2 months straight so they finish file tax. They said they file extension for my business tax but they did not. I had find different CPA to finish my tax. The IRS just sent me letters that I’m being penalized for filing 4 months late. DO NOT go to this CPA he will not respond to you. The worst service I ever received.
Have filed taxes with them for years and recently found out they never filed my 2019 taxes even though I have paid them to do that. Cannot get a response from them via email, text or phone call. Their office is never opened. I am not getting a stimulus check because they did not do their job that I paid them to do. I do not recommend this company. They are unprofessional, irresponsible and unreliable.
