Pete is best in class and gets right to the point. He knows his craft forward and backward. If you are lucky enough to get on his schedule, you won’t be disappointed. And to be clear he makes himself VERY available and if you can’t reach him it’s because he is VERY busy and for good reason. Amazing customer service by pete he helped us with the wheelchairs
Had a hard time getting a hold of anyone there, finally had a appointment nobody showed up. I had to call back to see what was the issue the guy told me that there was a issue with the address. Gave him my address and he showed up in a unmarked vehicle with no tools or batteries which was the issue with my equipment. He made me sign a paper and said that he would show up and install the batteries. 2 weeks later nothing, he had already been paid for the work, batteries and a charger What a shady guy!
