Called V-Mech on a Thursday morning with a cooling issue after seeing a different mechanic multiple times with the same problem an no solution. The team at V-Mech identified the problem Thursday afternoon an had the car sorted by Monday afternoon. I'm delighted to say that they fixed the problem will absolutely be going back and recommending to my family and friends. I couldn't be anymore grateful an thankful to them for fitting me in on short notice. Absolutely 💯 customer care. Kind, friendly and understanding. Thank you
Locals you can trust. Since my first visit, I immediately loved the friendly service, honest appraisals and fair charges. They even remember what I have named my car 😉 I keep coming back because they keep looking after me. Highly recommend.
Amazing service and communication. Small business supporting small business. Thank you so much for fitting us in short notice and completing the service on our BT50. Will definitely be back
It’s so hard to find an automotive company now a days that can be professional, experienced in their field, honest and can also have time to have a chat and laugh. We have found exactly that with V-Mech. This team is amazing and helped us with our vehicle. Never tried to create more issues to get more work, they diagnose and have been on point with an issue everytime, priced well and got the jobs done promptly. Communication is exceptional. Well done Hayley and team. Keep up the great work.
Awesome people and amazing at what they do. Respond quickly and take photos to show damage and wear. Great system when booking and easy to follow. Definitely recommend V-Mech!
