Atrocious service. Cost us $2400 for something that was a simple fix. We had a leak from our boiler and called them to come and fix it. They arrived and decided to remove the pipe that was leaking 'as it isn't actually needed' is what he said. So after he left our boiler then didn't heat up at all so we assumed the boiler needed replacing. So we called in new plumbers who installed a new boiler. The boiler still did not heat up.
