I was suffering from mild fever, fatigueness for many days and I was sent for a biopsy .. this was completely ridiculous.. I knew from the symptoms this was a mono virus, but she took some drastic measures by doing a surgical biopsy . It took her 20 days and she still could not diagnose .. I finally had to change my doctor and the new doctor in KAty who spotted this in the first visit - I was positive for a Mono. Dr. Achanta is a waste of time .. only go to her if you have a cold or stuffed nose. Horrible - I should have sue... read more

Office staff ,dont even kno who the guy really is, was very rude to not only myself but others in the waiting room. And I'm still awaiting my refund for an office visit that we never saw the dr. Been calling weekly with no response.
Dr. Achanta spends a lot of time with me which I appreciate. I have been seeing her for the past few years. She is very smart and very caring. She follows up on every detail including periodic lab works. She is a great doctor and I love the staff. I also like the ease of getting an appointment. The staff work me in to same day appointments or at the most 24 business hours. I definitely recommend her.
Office staff were extremely rude. They said my appointment is cancelled even though i have a confirmed slot in zocdoc Waiting time is more for this doctor
