Booking was easy. Upon entry, very warm and welcoming. Valeria was very professional and knowledgeable. I like that it’s a studio and set up for a more personalized experience. I like that she displayed her license to back her expertise. The consultant was like having a conversation with a relatable woman. She reviewed my intake form and current products used. Val is always on time and very welcoming. She provides great quality of service and is extremely knowledgeable, always willing to share helpful information. The suite is consistently clean and neat, and the conversation is always great. Brazilian and armpit waxes and the customized facial are my go-to services—I always leave fully satisfied with the service provided. 10 out of 10 — highly recommend!

I scheduled a New Client facial for Dec 12th. The spa is warm and inviting. Valorie greeted me with a big smile and she even remembered my mom by name, who is also a new client. We sat down and discussed my skin history, my current concerns and my goals/expectations.
