Very positive experience. The repairman was very informative and kind.
Had problems with my water heater. Did a little research and found many plumbing business with less than desirable reviews. V and L had positive feedback. So I gave them a call. My experience was great. They communicated and delivered in every step of the process. Kudos to Erich (technician) for his communication, effort and expertise. He was awesome. Very happy with the whole process.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. This is consistently been my experience with this company. That’s why V&L is my go to for all my plumbing needs. I particularly like that AMANDA asks for photos which helps tremendously before anyone even gets here. I think that is a great practice. A definite shout out to ERICH he had estimated he would be here by 2 o’clock and arrived two hours early keeping me informed via text all along the way.
