I contacted them for one of my properties here in Oxford MS, they found me a vendor in my area, and the look of the windows is no different, except now the heat in the house during the summertime is extremely bearable , and it shows in the savings on my energy bill.
Linda was very pleasant to work with, and quick to respond. The job turned out great!
Buyer beware. Bought a four year old high end custom home which the previous owner spent $10,000+ on the V-Kool product. I had window washers here today only to learn some of the windows were peeling. I phoned the installer, Stellar regarding the “Lifetime” warranty only to learn the warranty is non transferable. So bottom line they DO NOT back up their work nor their product. Very shady, would look elsewhere. Plenty of options out there that do not bail if the home is sold.
