I never write reviews but this team deserves so much praise! The staff is so professional and kind. In the 2 years that I've been coming to this office I haven't encountered anyone who isn't always so so kind and pleasant to talk to. Takes forever to get an appointment then the visit is boom over. Also says they open at 8:30 am when you call. It is now 8:45 and still not answering goes to answering service. I keep going cause she's highly rated and only rheumatologist around. Get more staff to answer phones.
The Beaver Drive address is not correct for Dr. Newsome. She is now across from the Penn Highlands Hospital.
